Pen, notepad, etc. in the congress bag. Such materials will be delivered to the participants at the congress center.
Name Badge and Pocket Program
The badge to be delivered will be used during the congress. The pocket program, which is placed in the badge holder for easy access, will also be delivered during registration.
Tea and Coffee Breaks
Sweet, salty cookies and hot and cold beverages will be served as an open buffet between sessions.
Lunch
Lunch will be provided during the congress.

Accommodations will be in the concept of breakfast and dinner during the congress. Lunch will be provided within the scope of congress participation. Accommodation will be in bed/breakfast concept for stays outside the congress days.
ACCOMMODATION FEES WILL BE TAKEN IN ADDITION TO THE CONGRESS REGISTRATION FEE.
*A group discount of 10% will be applied for registrations of 10 people or more. (Only valid for conference registration fee.)
*A 20% discount will be applied for conference registration fee for graduate students. (Only valid for conference registration fee.)

Cancellation Conditions
If cancellation of participation and accommodation is notified until October 15, 2023, the registration fee will be refunded with a 20% tax deduction. No refunds will be made for registration and accommodation cancellations made after this reservation.
All refunds will be made at the end of the congress.
