Pen, notepad, etc. in the congress bag. Such materials will be delivered to the participants at the congress center.
Name Badge and Pocket Program
The badge to be delivered will be used during the congress. The pocket program, which is placed in the badge holder for easy access, will also be delivered during registration.
Tea and Coffee Breaks
Sweet, salty cookies and hot and cold beverages will be served as an open buffet between sessions.
Lunch
Lunch will be provided on the 2nd day of the Congress.

Services included in the full-board accommodation: Room, open buffet breakfast with water and tea, open buffet lunch, open buffet dinner, unlimited water, tea, and non-alcoholic cold drinks during meals. One 0.5 lt. bottle of water per person per day in the rooms, Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, thermal pool, indoor swimming pool, and fitness center are included in the price.
*Food, drinks, and various activities not included in the package, as well as the mini-bar in the rooms, are subject to an additional fee.
Check-in time at the facility is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00. For full-board stays, guests will check in with dinner and check out with lunch. Any additional meals will be charged extra.
ACCOMMODATION FEES WILL BE TAKEN IN ADDITION TO THE CONGRESS REGISTRATION FEE.
Cancellation Conditions
If cancellation of participation and accommodation is notified until October 15, 2023, the registration fee will be refunded with a 20% tax deduction. No refunds will be made for registration and accommodation cancellations made after this reservation.
All refunds will be made at the end of the congress.
